Case Dismissed: Urgent Answers for the Struggle with Guilt, Trauma, and Spiritual OCD
"Safe, Secure, and Sealed." These three words bring me comfort and assure me that my Identification is forever in Jesus Christ. This book, "Case Dismissed," has helped me tremendously with my spiritual guilt, trauma, and OCD. Growing up in a religion that taught me that I could not be sure if I was justified by the blood, death, and resurrection of Jesus, left me afraid that I would never do or be enough to please God; that I would be punished for my sins, and not gain the rewards that I could have had I been enough. I read a chapter a day for 22 days, and by the end of this book, I felt so much relief and I knew that I was Saved, Secure, and Sealed. Hallelujah! Thank you David Benjamin for this wonderful book. This book in particular was one of the first I read of Dave's work. I found it extremely comforting when going through what he's referred to as "the bad dream." While not immediately freeing me from the nightmare, it provided ample reprieve from the mental torment many of us believers face and have faced. Being reminded of our Father's faithfulness in dealing with us through our High Priest and patiently teaching us every day about our inheritance, which is eternal life, knowing Him in His lovingkindness. This book was used in the Lord writing Himself on my heart, and why I've been sticking around and feasting on Christ through Dave's ministry. Thank you Dave but I know you're nothing, Christ is all and in all. Praise Him.
This book will put to rest any doubts that the enemy tries to hurl at you and quiet your mind to the facts of your sure salvation and put the torment to rest. These truths are what every believer should know but because of circumstances and the voice of the enemy, many struggle with.
This book is full of the comforts of Christ. An easy essential read with the reminders we all need to keep ourselves grounded, our minds washed and renewed in the beautiful truth of the gospel.
The book is soooo good, it is hard to condense it to one sentence. I wrote a full review, please just take what you want based upon space allowance: Book Review: CASE DISMISSED by David Benjamin After a lifelong struggle to understand how much God truly loves me and that I am eternally secure, the book CASE DISMISSED by David Benjamin has been a compassionate gavel of freedom—confirming the truth about salvation and that the case against me has truly been dismissed. Every excerpt stated below is backed up with several verses of Scripture. David really helps you connect the dots from the written Word of God to what he teaches. From page 14, David says, “God placed the greatest treasure of the universe on the lowest shelf so that even a child can reach it.” As a grandmother of ten, I see this image clearly in my head, and it amazes me how kind and loving God is to make the Gospel so simple, even for children. I love this statement on page 34: “Your worth is a fixed judicial fact because it is located outside of you. It is located in the Person of Jesus Christ at the right hand of the Father.” As I read through this book, I often think of a close family member who survived a gut wrenching legal process where he had to face judgment over what he had done. Fortunately for him, his sentence ended up being a misdemeanor with much lighter consequences than he deserved—God’s mercy through a human judge. To this day, still a record on the books for what he had done. What is amazing for me is that there is no record for my sins at all. It is like He doesn’t even see them anymore! For anyone who continues to struggle to just “get it,” I highly encourage you to read this book. Ponder the words carefully—digest them, highlight them. Then this is the book that will answer those type of questions. This book will show you the infinite love that God has for us and that discipline through God is actually a blessing which will allow a Christian to simply rest in him who has already accomplished everything. I'm glad I purchased this book.

It is very easy to understand and connects the dots to so many of my questions regarding the institutional Church today. In the years I've attended church services and Bible studies, nowhere had anyone explained the way this book does. Thank you.
Foundations Volume 1: Sure Salvation - Understanding Justification and Assurance
View book in shopThe foundations series has been a great help in not only seeing the beauty of our salvation but also the why. A lot of Christian book material has a way of making you feel great from what you read but doesn't equip you as to why what you're reading is so great, especially apart from feelings. Volume 1 tackles the foundation of justification by faith and the implications of this as a present salvation for now and not just "one day." Going beyond the forgiveness of sins and self-inspection to seeing our inheritance in Christ and our union with Him as declared and described from the Gospel for today. And that may be my favorite thing in these series is that Dave always keeps the Gospel as the basis for the conversation throughout this book. The source from which everything we have in Christ is known and seen by. Each section focuses on a certain topic like justification and asks a common question or worries we all have faced and gives a thorough walk through of the question in light of the truth of the word. Followed by correcting common misconceptions on the topic, to correctly understanding them according to scripture, to daily application and finally a final takeaway that solidifies the topic covered with simple strong statements to help ground the reader. The layout is great and actually helps engage you to not just read but search out the scriptures referenced to see it for yourself in the word and be equipped to handle it. My wife really benefited from seeing how justification secures everything for us through faith in Christ, from being "the kids ministry leader" to now a stay-at-home mom, she felt she had failed God because she no longer did that and that He was disappointed in her. She equated her works as the measure of how pleasing to God she was and not on basis of her union with Christ witness of the Spirit. When she saw that justification secured everything and our share in Christ's inheritance as His heirs with Him it was like a burden of guilt and expectation was lifted off her. She has been able to rest from the accusing conscience that her "failed ministry" was hindering her relationship to God. This foundational series is great for saints still struggling with assurance of salvation, doubts of their walk or just wanting to be more grounded and familiar with the Gospel and its riches.
EPHESIANS: THE VISION OF BETHEL FOR THE ISRAEL OF GOD (Vol 1: The Foundation of the House)
I learned the eternal purpose of God is in Christ. Not only are we blessed, as believers, but God our Father is blessed as well, having many Sons of God. Christ is our peace with God, and we are his multiplication. There is so much more to this book. I encourage you to read it, it will be a blessing.
This book is truly edifying to me in every way. So much truth on our standing and reality in Christ, way beyond what is generally taught anywhere. I have only read a couple of your books so far and they're all great but this is my favourite. But it may not be the best for starters. Those who are just beginning to get clear on the gospel and freed from Galatian error may first read others such as Christ our Righteousness, Sanctification and Reward. Thank you for your ministry and tremendous efforts to the saints.

In this volume, David Benjamin presents a clear picture of our Father’s eternal purpose through Ephesians chapters 1-3 and we find ourselves, as the Body of Christ, at center stage. This book has been a great encouragement to read and study…highly recommended!!
Ephesians: The Bethel of the Israel of God - Vol 2: Building with Sword in Hand
View book in shopJust finished Ephesians Vol 2. It took me a while to get around to reading it. I have to admit I felt a degree of trepidation about starting it. Anything I've come across in the past dealing with "practical" Christian living has left me with my skin crawling. I knew this wasn't going to be the case with your book, but still found myself putting off reading it. Finally, I read it, and I can see why the enemy didn't want me to read it. Particularly Chapter 9. I've felt isolated and alone for a long time, and can sometimes feel pretty desperate (as you are unfortunately very aware). There was so much more to this book than that that I'm still processing, but, for where I am right now, seeing that I'm joined to this great company of fellow believers through faith in the Gospel, and that even though I'm out of sight way down on a section of the wall, standing in the finished victory of Christ, I'm not some lone hero but am a co-laborer with Christ and my fellow brothers and sisters….man, I really needed to see that. I still do. I believe. Lord, help my unbelief! Anyway, I know this was a tough one for you to get organized and maybe you weren't feeling as great about it as some of your other writings, but for me, I think it's great, and was just what I needed to address some false concepts I was holding in my mind. Thank you, Jesus, and thank you for David!
The Eighth Day: Entering the Rest of the New Creation

It sat with me differently than most Christian books because this concept is personal to me because it's one of the foundations of how the Lord ministered to me since I was a babe. The content was easy to digest while maintaining its depth. I highly recommend this book to anyone seeking to understand God's timeline in their own micro view or in the macro view of all creation.
The Master Key: Daniel's 70th Week
I'm a big fan of Dave's Books and Daniel's 70th Week is no exception. Although I'm 1/4 of the way through the book, and inundated with 2 other courses for work so I haven't been able to really sink into the book, it has brought a new clarity to the Daniel Prophecy as well as new insights. This is the first time I am reading a book on a Kindle so I have been learning how to use it as I'm a big fan of Paperbacks as I love to highlight and write notes and I haven't quite figured all that out on the Kindle yet. I Recommend the book as a great tool in understanding Daniel's Prophecy and a great accompaniment to 1 John Decoded and Jesus Our Righteousness, Sanctification, and Reward, as those are my absolute favorite Books Ever. View book in shopI always struggled to fully understand Daniel’s 70th week until I read this book. Easy to read and explained in a way where I finally understood and it made sense. It also helped in understanding more of the book of Revelation as well. I highly recommend reading this book.
From Slaves to Sons
View book in shopI’ve gotten several of David’s books and I’m very impressed with how well they’re written. How they break down the scriptures. It really opens them up just like a curtain. I personally had trouble understanding scripture like most people, the basic am I saved or not. But David’s books helped me begin to understand what Christ finished and where I stand with God. And I can come boldly to the throne as a son and not fear of his coming.

It is so freeing when your eyes are opened to the simplicity of The Gospel! Glory to God. It all comes down to Grace and Mercy and Believing in Jesus finished works. It's really that simple.
